By accessing or using TokTik.fun (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

- You may not use the Service if you are subject to applicable sanctions or if use is illegal in your region.
3. Services & Smart Contracts
TokTik.fun is a non-custodial launchpad on the Solana blockchain. Token creation and trading flow through smart contracts powered by Meteora DBC. We do not hold user funds or private keys and do not provide brokerage or investment services.
Smart contracts are permissionless software that we do not unilaterally control. Interactions are executed on-chain and are irreversible.
4. User Responsibilities
- Secure your wallet(s) and private keys. You are solely responsible for all transactions initiated from your wallet.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to tax, AML/CFT regulations, and market rules.
- Do not upload, link, or promote illegal, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Respect platform community guidelines for social interactions and submissions.
5. Risks & Disclaimers
- No investment advice. Information on TokTik.fun is for discovery/entertainment only.
- Market risk. Prices are volatile; you may lose all value in a token.
- Smart contract & protocol risk. Bugs, upgrades, forks, or protocol failures (including Meteora, Solana, RPCs) can cause losses or disruption.
- Third-party risk. Oracles, wallets, analytics, and social platforms may fail or change.
- Regulatory risk. Laws and enforcement may evolve and impact the Service or certain tokens/features.
6. Fees & Taxes
You are responsible for network fees (e.g., Solana transaction fees) and any platform or contract fees disclosed at execution. You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your activities.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
Users may submit content (e.g., names, images, links). You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and grant TokTik.fun a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content on the Service.
Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates platform policies or any social network’s terms.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
9. Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activities, fraud, scams, market manipulation, or sanctions violations.
- Malware, bots to disrupt the Service, or attempts to breach security.
- Impersonation, doxxing, harassment, or hate speech.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party tools (e.g., Meteora, wallets, analytics, social platforms). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or restrict features or access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms, legal requirements, security concerns, or abuse.
12. No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokTik.fun and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence where consumer protection laws require it. Otherwise, they are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Paris (France) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
